Directions

Apply a primer and concealer under your eyes where needed. Use your fingertips or a makeup brush to apply Puff Cloud Powder.

You can also gently powder the eyelid covered with a concealer or eyeshadow primer, which will extend the wear of the eyeshadows and make the application easier.
