Directions

Kols Liquid Eyeliner has a thin, precise applicator that helps create all sorts of lines; defined and thin or dramatic and broad. Begin at the middle and use short strokes for even application. Finish by dusting charcoal or black eyeshadow using a thin eyeliner brush for a blended look.

Wash off with eye makeup-remover or warm water.
