The name really does describe how it applies...velvety smooth. You only need a drop of this natural foundation for a smooth complexion, hence the bottle is fairly small. Add more for buildable coverage to hide minor blemishes and brown spots. It's moisturizing without feeling oily, so regardless of whether you have dry to oily skin, you will love how this feels on your face.

Directions

For best results prep skin with your favorite Primer and spot conceal with Illutionist Concealer.

Shake Velvet Glow Foundation well before use. Dot onto skin with fingertips. Buff in a circular motion with Vapour Foundation Brush moving from center of face outward. Build coverage as desired.

Set complexion with Perfecting Powder using the Vapour Powder Brush.

To reduce the appearance of redness start with a sheer application of Velvet Glow Foundation. Blend into skin by gently massaging with fingertips. Layer a bit more product on any areas that need more coverage and massage in before perfecting the finish by buffing in with Vapour Foundation Brush. 

To make your foundation last all day long, roll a very small amount of Loose Perfecting Powder across the skin between primer and foundation. Then roll another light layer of powder to lock your look in place.
